A 2,400 SF office building sold to an owner occupant. The purchase price was $165,000. The purchaser plans to spend $50,000 in upgrades.

6609 MacCorkle Avenue, SE, Charleston,WV:

This building contains 5,400 SF of warehouse and office which was leased to Potemkin Industries for regional offices. The tenant is directly involved with major suppliers of natural gas throughout West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky.

8000 MacCorkle Avenue, Marmet, WV:

This is a 5,400 SF shop/office building located on three acres fenced. The property sold to VIrco Industries, which is a land clearing and reclamating company working directly in the coal and natural gas industry.

4222 MacCorkle Avenue, SE, Charleston, WV:

This building was leased to a Pita Pit restaurant chain as their first location in the Charleston area. The space has 2,500 SF and scheduled to open September 2010.
